TOWN OF NOKOMIS, WISCONSIN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Nokomis will hold a public meeting on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.
Location: Nokomis Fire Department, 2675 County L, Tomahawk, WI 54487
Purpose: To review, discuss, and consider action on a proposed building addition for housing ambulance/med 4 employees at the Nokomis Fire Department located at 2675 County L, Tomahawk, WI 54487. The proposal includes a 1,700 sq ft. addition to the fire department.
Public Input: All interested persons or residents will be given a chance to speak or submit comments regarding the proposed addition. Copies of the floor plan are on file and available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.

Nokomis Land Division Ordinance FINAL
The Town Hall and offices are located at 2541 Lake Nokomis Road. Hours of the Town Clerk are currently Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 to 7:00pm and the second Saturday of the month from 8:00am to 10:00am (excluding holidays). Town Clerk Wendy Smith 715-612-4103 may be contacted if you need assistance.
The Town Board meets the second Monday of every month but is subject to change. Check the calendar for verification. Notice of meetings and agendas are posted at The Tilted Loon, B's Landing, and at the Town Hall.
WEIGHT LIMIT PERMITS: Weight limit permits will not be issued for furniture delivery.
