NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting for the Town of Nokomis, in the County of Oneida, State of Wisconsin, for transaction of business as is by law required, or permitted to be transacted at such meeting. Will be held at the Nokomis Town Hall.

• Update on Road Construction and Road Issues

• County Issues
• Accept/Deny Operator License
• Update on Nokomis Land Use Plan
• Accept/Deny Submitting revised zoning map from 11/27/23 to Oneida County
• Accept/Deny Attitude Land Division
• Accept/Deny Preliminary Lot Division Debra Hansen
• Accept/Deny following the current subdivision ordinance with no exceptions starting January 13^th while ordinance is being reviewed.
• Discuss reviewing and updating subdivision ordinance
